Drag on empty space to orbit · scroll to zoom · right-drag to pan.
Drag a piece to move it, as usual.
1 · Room photo
Clears their existing furniture and gives you a blank room to work in —
far more reliable than removing and replacing in one step. Calibrate
afterwards, since the photo is replaced.
2 · Calibrate the floor
Click 4 floor points forming a rectangle, going around in order.
Easiest: the two back corners where the floor meets the walls, then two points
straight forward along each side wall. Then type the wall-to-wall width —
the depth is worked out from the perspective.
Not calibrated.

Placed in the room
Two pieces with the same Depth sit the same distance from the camera —
that is what makes a matching pair look the same size.
Bring to front only changes what is drawn on top — it does NOT move
the piece. It will look right from one angle and wrong from others. To
actually place something on a surface, use Place on top above, or
just drag it onto the piece and it will rest there.
